Please find attached the College Decision and Scholarship Verification report for the Class of 2023. The completed report must be received by all graduating seniors planning to enroll in a 2- or 4-year institution. Please note: Final records may be withheld pending submission. Priority deadline is Friday, April 21. Final deadline is Friday, May 5. Please submit completed form/paperwork to AHS's Mr. James Tindell, College Coordinator, in AHS 1210. Please also refer all questions regarding this form to Mr. Tindell.
