Attention AHS Family! Please note the following important rules that will be enforced for the upcoming AHS Varsity Football vs Central Playoff game, Friday, November 18 (at Central).
Entrance Guidance and Bag Rule
Visitor’s must enter on the visitor side of the stadium. No one will be allowed to cross from one side of the stadium to the other.
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into venues, Phenix City Schools has a “clear bag” policy for entrance into the stadium:
a. Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” OR a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) and/or a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.
b. Backpacks, purses (other than small clutches), and diaper bags are not permitted.
c. Guests will be asked to return prohibited items to their vehicles.
d. Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.
e. Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag. These items should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly if these are not in an approved bag.
f. Small cameras, binoculars, and cell phones are permitted if carried in loosely or in an approved clear bag.g. Seat cushions without pockets, zippers, or concealable areas must not exceed 18 inches wide.
h. ALL concessions are debit/credit only!
There are no provisions to check prohibited bags or items at the venue. Fans will be asked to either return prohibited items to their parked vehicles, if they have not entered the venue, or dispose of prohibited items at the gate. Phenix City Schools is not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
