AHS is gearing up for Alabama College Application Campaign week (Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, 2022)!! This campaign is aimed to help accomplish:
(1) Encourage high school seniors to apply to both college and financial aid (FAFSA www.FAFSA.gov) early in their Senior year!
(2) Assist Seniors with the college admission process!
(3) Ensure each Senior submits at least one application to college!
(4) Increase the number of first generation students pursuing post-secondary education!
(5) Increase awareness amongst all of our students on the importance of considering training or education after high school to increase their long-term options for success!
To celebrate and highlight the Alabama College Application Campaign during the week of Monday, October 17, through Friday, October 21, 2022, there will be with daily prize/gift drawings for eligible Seniors who provide to their Counselors confirmation of completing at least one college/program application!
