Auburn Baseball (29-6) defeated Alma Bryant 7-1 in Game One and 10-0 in Game 2 to complete the Quarterfinals sweep. Cade Belyeu led the way in Game One with three RBIs while Ryan Olson pitched a complete game with one earned run and nine strikeouts.
The Tigers continued to put pressure on the Hurricanes in Game Two as five players batted in runs. Patrick McGlon led the team with three RBIs and had a homerun to his name. Griffin Stewart continued his dominance with a complete game, three hit shutout with eight strikeouts.
The Tigers will advance to play the Central Red Devils in the 7A AHSAA Baseball Semifinals in Phenix City. It is a rematch of last year's matchup that saw the Tigers sweep the Red Devils on the road.
